We offer a cooking course in conjunction with one of the best restaurants in the area, "Non Solo Crudo". Chef Ivano will personally introduce you to the secrets of Piedmontese cuisine. Our wines will accompany you while you cook. A very special experience. Another cooking highlight is the Privatissimo at our family home. You will cook a 5-course evening meal with Chiara. If you are less enthusiastic about cooking, you are welcome to spend the afternoon with me in the wine cellar. We will then enjoy the meal together.
Departure at 9:30 to Vinchio to the Non solo Crudo restaurant. Here, the chef and cook Ivano is waiting for us. He will cook a course meal with us. Making your own pasta is an experience. Ivano uses 40 egg yolks for one kilo of flour. The pasta is a feast for the eyes... Afterwards, we enjoy what we have prepared in his restaurant. After arriving in Rocchetta, the winery's cantina is available for a special wine tasting.
Put together your own trip to Piedmont.

Truffle hunting from September to November
1 day topic truffle hunting
In autumn, the earth gives people a special tuber. The scent of truffles is omnipresent and the cuisine in this latitude knows how to use it perfectly. For gourmets and lovers, it is a must to experience this at least once.
Chiara has two hunting colleagues who search for truffles professionally. Here you can get an insight into the exciting work of the truffle hunter. Not touristy, but real. Of course, we also enjoy the pieces we find. Be it at a private visit to the winery or in one of the restaurants we recommend.
The truffle hunt costs €25.00 per person and requires a minimum of 5 participants. The hunt takes about 2 hours. This theme is offered from September to the end of November. This is when the coveted white truffles are available.

1 Day Theme Portofino Ligurian Coast
The picturesque and elegant PORTOFINO, one of the most exclusive coastal villages in Italy, has served as a backdrop for countless films.
In LA GRITTA, one of the most famous bars in Italy, enjoy a Negroni as an aperitif and immerse yourself in the DOLCE VITA.
Before PORTOFINO is Rapallo. A beautiful coastal town that invites you to go shopping. We could organize a boat and go to St. Ambrogio monastery and have brunch on the boat.
We end the day with a meal at the St. Margherita yacht club and then drive back. Boat rental is extra. There is also the option of visiting Genova.

1 day Imperia sailing
The winery's boat is in Imperia. It can be rented by the day. 34 feet (10.5 m) 6 beds. It is a former regatta boat that was beautifully converted on Lake Como. It is ideal for sailing to the South of France.
Imperia is close to San Remo, Ventimiglia and Nice. Enjoy the sea, eat fish and switch off. Let yourself be rocked by the waves and take in the wonderful Ligurian coast. Imperia is 170 km from the winery.
A day trip is possible, but you should plan more so that the enjoyment is not spoiled by time pressure.
The rental fee is € 500.00 per day. Skipper's license required.

1 day theme Relaxing in the winery
The winery invites you to linger. Even if you spend the whole day here, it is still extremely entertaining. Enjoy the sun terrace or the relaxation area for reading, having a good conversation, or just letting your mind wander.
Making pizza or having a barbecue together, fishing or swimming in the river, cycling through the nature reserve... all accompanied by the finest wines.
In the evening, enjoy a private dinner in the villa or have someone cook for you in the Vineria, right on the square opposite. Alternatively, enjoy a course meal in one of the best restaurants in Piedmont, "I Bologna". All without a car.

After breakfast, departure to La Morra. An incredible view of the Langhe wine growing region awaits the visitor. Driving through the vineyards is an experience in itself. 1 day: Theme Turin
The imperial city, royal seat, design city, home of the aperitivo and chocolate. First Italian capital…
Trip to Turin. The Piedmontese capital is full of surprises and magic. It is often said to be an industrial city because of Fiat. But visitors will notice as soon as they enter that this is a misconception. Turin was the ROYAL SEAT of the Savoia and the capital of Italy until the end of the 18th century. 12 km of ARCADE with the finest boutiques and the finest delicatessens and legendary CAFES, such as the "Caffee Torino", invite you to stroll. TURIN is home to the OLDEST chocolate factory in the WORLD and a unique film museum.
The aperitivo and grissini were invented here. Turin is also home to the second largest Egyptian museum and the Shroud of Christ. The possibilities here are so varied that we have to tailor the program to your needs.

1 day theme St Michele
A monument, symbol of the Piedmont region and a place that inspired the writer Umberto Eco to write his bestseller The Name of the Rose, the Sacra of San Michele is a very ancient abbey built between 983 and 987 on the hill of Monte Pirchiriano, 40 km from Turin.
At the top, from its small towers, you can admire the capital of Piedmont and enjoy a breathtaking view of the Val di Susa. Inside the main church, the Sacra, built in the 12th century, are the tombs of the royal family of the House of Savoy. There is also a highly recommended climbing path to the top, but you should be in good shape.
